Where is my order?

You can track your order by clicking the tracking link sent to your email. 

What does Awaiting Fulfilment mean?

This just means that we have successfully received your order and it is ready to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, you will get a further email notifying you of the same with a clickable tracking link. 

What are your delivery lead times?

Our standard delivery and free delivery service lead times are 3-5 working days. You can choose next day delivery to receive your order the next working day provided you place your order using the 'Next Day' option at checkout before 2pm on weekdays.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and our friendly customer care team will help you out with the cancellation!

What is your Returns Policy?

You can return your parcel within 14 days as long the item is unused and unopened. If there is a fault with your item, we will refund the full order. If however, there is no fault with the item, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund. We do have an option for you to receive a return label in order to send the items back to us. Please contact our returns department for you to receive a returns label withing 48 hours.

What does Egyptian Collection mean?

You may have noticed some our towelling products with the title 'Egyptian Collection'. This is our brand name chosen when we launched our company to highlight the quality of our cotton. Although the cotton is not directly from Egypt, our cotton is sourced from quality cotton fields in the USA & South East Asia. The quality of cotton chosen for our products is among the best in the current market. Our towelling products are manufactured in a ISO 9001-2000 certified factory. 

Tell me more about your prices

Due to us cutting out the 'middle man' we have control over the quality of our products and the prices we sell them at. All our products are priced according to quantity tiers. The more you buy, the more you save! If you need a quantity that is more than the available quantity on the product, contact us to receive a custom quote!

Will I receive a matching set if I order from the same range?

In most cases yes, however there may be some instances where we have different batches of the same towel range in which there may be a slight difference in the colour shade between a bath towel & hand towel for example. If in doubt, please contact us and our friendly customer service will be able to advise whether we can fulfil a matching set or not.

Do you have a shop?

We don't have a physical shop, however you are more than welcome to visit our warehouse in Bolton to have a feel or even purchase our products! Please call us on 01204 896528 to make an appointment before visiting!

Delivery Timescales?

A small selection of our products, for example, curtains and blankets are based in a secondary warehouse and may take 2-3 days longer to be delivered than the stated times on our delivery page. The rest of the products are delivered within the stated timeframe set out on our delivery page.
