Returns:
We are sure that you will be very happy with your purchase, but however if this is not the case, you can rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that your returns are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
If you're not happy, we aren't either. That's why we will offer you 14 days to return any unwanted items back to us if you are not satisfied with your purchase(s). All you have to do is make sure that the items you wish to return are unused, unwashed and undamaged.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of mattress protectors,pillow protectors, duvets & pillows once they have been removed from their packaging, unless they are faulty.
Order Cancellation :
You can request that we cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our utmost to cancel the order before it is shipped and process a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, you should follow the above instructions for returning orders.You must inform us in writing via e-mail – we are unable to accept cancellations by phone.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You must organize the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk.The returns authorization is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorization email, will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Refund:
In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.
